  I spent abut 10 nights at this lovely place and enjoyed my time there. I really enjoyed the art in my room and the staff really made us feel at home. Can't wait to return :).

  It was the experience that bordered on abysmal. From the moment we arrived we felt unimportant. The manager came by as part of her rounds, but the engagement stopped there. We waited a long time for our server to greet us and then again to take our order. We waited 20 between starters and our mains and then 30 minutes for deserts, as we watched others who arrived well after us receive their (same) desert as we continued to wait.

  To be fair to Haida House our dinner was very good. The halibut was slightly "over" for our taste, but that's a preference thing. If this was only based on the food the review would be glowing.

  Stopped by t have a look and talk to restaurant. My daughter is a very sensitive eater and the staff were very friendly and easy to talk to. Discussed dining options with the head chef. So again to be clear I have not eaten here by the experience was excellent and I am looking forward to perhaps tomorrow if we have time. The service was fantastic and the menu looks fabulous. The menu changes every day which would make for a different experience each visit.

  Five nights at this cozy, quiet and very friendly lodge/inn. We used the HH Inn as the spot and staff to organize our Haida Gwaii tours. Staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Food...was (too) great...a very pleasant surprise. Close to the beach and right on the myserious Tilaal river. Want to return some day for more.
